What is the size of the VLM?
The VLM is designed for optimized living in a compact space – 14’x14’ floorplan featuring three levels for 588 sq ft.
Do you assist with the onsite portion of work at our location?
Yes! As a general contractor, we offer onsite construction management at an additional cost.
What exactly is prefabricated modular building?
We prefer to think of VLM as a process rather than a building type. A modular constructed living space allows for material to be assembled in a controlled environment and transported to location. All components are also designed, engineered, and constructed to meet local building codes.
